Celebrate the energy of renewal and balance with a special Spring Equinox with Yoga, Live Music + Sound Bath & Vibrational Healing Experience outdoors at the MSA Annex Festival Grounds.

6:15 – 7:00 Yoga w/ Joanna / Music by Freddy Jay
7:15-8:00p  Spring Equinox Sound Bath & Vibrational Healing
with Lisa Warman, Adina Diaz & Paul Leschak
8:00-9:00 – Drink + Live Music w/ Freddy Jay by Westbound

Join Joanna Lynne Smith for an all-levels gentle flow yoga as the sun sets with live accompaniment by Freddy Jay, award winning composer, producer, and multi-instrumentalist.

For this unique collaboration, Lisa Warman, Adina Diaz, and Paul Leschak will be blending their frequencies, instruments and healing modalities into one immersive sound journey.

Using crystal singing bowls, Tibetan metal bowls, and a variety of vibrational instruments, the trio will guide participants through a powerful experience designed to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and bring the body back into its natural rhythm. Through intentional sound, meditation, and subtle energy guidance, the session creates space to release energetic, emotional, and physical tension while reconnecting to the Self with a deeper sense of clarity and alignment.

The Spring Equinox is a potent moment in the natural cycle of the year — the point when day and night come into perfect balance. Traditionally seen as a time of renewal, awakening, and new beginnings, it invites us to pause, recalibrate, and step forward into the next season with greater intention.

This 30 minute immersive sound experience offers a space to reset, restore, and realign with your highest frequency.

Whether you are new to sound healing or have experienced it before, this session provides an opportunity to slow down, receive, and allow the vibrational frequencies to support deep relaxation and energetic balance.

Come welcome the new season and raise the frequency together.
