Join Ricky Abud for a Cacao Ceremony and Sound Journey to honor the Summer Solstice.  This introspective evening combines the heart opening experience of sharing warm ceremonial cacao with meditation, intention setting, and an immersive sound bath.  Many traditions associate the seasons with the archetypal life stages:  Winter is Death & Stillness, Spring is Birth & Renewal , Summer is Adolescence & Exuberance,  Fall is the time of the Elder & Abundance.   We see this expressed in the life cycles of plants, and watch it transpire in our own energetic experiences and expressions.
With the Summer Solstice upon us, the days are longer as the sun rises earlier and sets later, so we can relish, play and enjoy all that was planted in spring and is now in full bloom.
