Mercado San Agustín Public Market is the anchor of the Mercado District.

As a reflection of the community we love, the open-air courtyard is lined with retail shops, restaurants, and services, all locally owned and operated, including specialty foods and artisan-made goods that embody the Tucson vibe.

MSA Annex is an expansion of the Mercado San Agustín with more locally owned shops, eateries, bars and services, housed beautifully inside modified shipping containers, connected to a festival and event space.

The Monier is located between Mercado San Agustin and MSA Annex, built in the elegant style of classic, pre-war architecture. This residential and commercial addition to the Mercado District offers a colonnade of more locally owned shops, services, and restaurants.

The Bautista is the newest, and soon-to-be largest addition to the Mercado District. Currently under construction, The Bautista will feature residential and commercial spaces, a public plaza, underground parking, and a paseo connecting it to the rest of the Mercado District – all situated along the beautiful Santa Cruz River.
