The Clairs of intuition are ways to receive information via extra sensory perception. Just like a muscle you would work out in the physical body, these gifts are ones that you can exercise and cultivate. You can have more than one Clair at a time and some are complementary to each other. They can develop at different points in your life and you can make them stronger with practice. We all have a capacity to hold psychic gifts in varying degrees. It is very easy to lose touch with our psychic abilities and senses for a variety of reasons-past life or current life trauma, disconnection from ourselves and nature, and societal programming. Being in touch with your body, your sensuality and understanding how your antenna works is vital to the cultivating of these gifts.
