Where are you located?

The Mercado District is located West of the I10 and South of Congress Street, between the Santa Cruz River and Avenida Del Convento.

Is the District indoor or outdoor?

The Mercado District is all open-air courtyards with outdoor seating. The shops are indoors with a few restaurants offering indoor seating as well.

Is the District walkable?

Yes! You can easily walk to and from our properties at Mercado San Agustin, The Monier Building, and MSA Annex to visit retail shops and restaurants.

Is your facility pet friendly?

Yes! We welcome friendly, leashed dogs but please remember to pick up after them. There are doggy stations located throughout the District.

Where do I park?

There is metered street parking located throughout the district. We also recommend riding your bike or taking the Street Car – Mercado District is the last stop!

Where do I learn about Events in the District?

Can I host a private event in the Mercado District?

Can I reserve tables in the courtyard?

Seating is first come, first serve. If you are interested in booking a private party or event, please visit our Book an Events page.

Can I bring my own food into the District?

Outside food and drink is not permitted in the District. Please check out the many food and beverage options available by visiting here.

Is there free Wi-Fi?

The Mercado District does not offer free Wi-Fi at this time.

Is there a Lost and Found?

Please contact the Management Office at to inquire about lost items.

Do you have an ATM?

There is an ATM located at Mercado San Agustín, near the entrance of La Estrella bakery.

Are there facilities?

The Mercado District has restrooms located at each property.

Is the District handicapped accessible?


Is there security?

Security is hired for events, as needed.
