Local filmmaker and photographer Patrick McArdle presents the second-ever screening of his new film “Here Comes That Dreamer,” a documentary that focuses on one homeless vet to explore the reality of homelessness in Tucson…and some possible solutions. “Here Comes That Dreamer” runs a little over an hour. “Here Comes That Dreamer” will be preceded by “Transformation of Sorrow
,” a locally produced 16 minute video by Tucson’s own Flam Chen
that was made in advance of the 2020 National Day of Remembrance. “Transformation of Sorrow is ‘A video journey tracing the inner archetypes of the first steps in a healing process.’ More information here
Between the two films there will be short 15-20 minute performances by singer/songwriter Mitzi Cowell
and visual artist and singer/songwriter To-Ree-Nee Wolf

The MSA Annex follows the city and county guidelines for Covid safety precautions, and attendees are expected to please wear a mask and practice social distancing when possible. The seating at The Annex will be set for social distancing.
Food and drinks are available at several locations the MSA Annex and Mercado San Agustin, and can be brought in to the Annex Festival Grounds where the event is taking place.
